 Our Promise.

If NCi is the selected general contractor our promise to you is that we will provide access to a dropbox ‘Project Folder’ containing all relevant files including a weekly updated completion schedule, shop drawings, site photos, site safety documents and any other information that may be requested.

We also recommend weekly conference calls to keep all parties up-to date on the project progress.

Finally, we pride ourselves and maintaining a safe, professional and efficient work site for daily sub-trade morning meets and ‘end-of-day’ site clearing and maintenance.

Our Process.

  • Source/request available ‘as-built’ drawings

  • Schedule ‘face-to-face’ meeting with potential client to identify their design requirements

  • Follow-up with client to present a ‘rough sketch’ design layout

  • Site review with sub-trade and consultant team with client approved rough design

  • Present detailed design-build or renovate quote proposal to client

  • Secure contract with client

  • Commission necessary consultant ‘Issued for Building Permit’ drawings for submission to the Landlord for approval

  • Submit Landlord approved ‘Issued for Building Permit’ drawing package to the City of Calgary for building permit

  • Begin Construction

  • Provide Client access with Dropbox access containing all relevant project data

  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with Client

  • Complete construction

  • Close all building permits and ensure occupancy
